- Exercise of Options -

Options to subscribe for 83,333 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
were exercised at a price of 1.25p.  Application for the Shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market has been made to the London 
Stock Exchange. Admission of and dealings in these shares are expected to
commence on 15 June 2004.
