Director's Dealings and intention to retire

The Company announces that it has received notification today that Ray Negus, Sales Director of the Company, has sold 1,002,044 ordinary shares in the Company, effective 17 April 2013 at a price of 0.4 pence per share.

The disposal of shares has come about as a result of Mr. Negus' intention to retire in April 2014. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Following this dealing, Mr. Negus owns no ordinary shares in the Company but still maintains options over 4,733,333 ordinary shares.
