Total Voting Rights

 

Advanced Oncotherapy plc (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 200,428,592 ordinary shares of 25p each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 200,428,592.

 

As announced on 10th May 2019, the above figure of 200,428,592 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
