Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM:AVO), the developer of LIGHT, the next-generation proton therapy system for cancer treatment, announces that, on 28 December 2022, Dr. Enrico Vanni, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 80,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.50 pence per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Enrico Vanni has a total beneficial interest in 4,076,361 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.76 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Furthermore, on 28 December 2022, Prof. Steve Myers, Executive Director and Executive Chairman of ADAM SA, purchased a total of 70,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.50 pence per share. Following this purchase, Prof. Steve Myers has a total beneficial interest in 1,610,569 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.30 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
