ADVANCED MEDICAL SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

The Company received notification on 3 May 2002 that, following completion of
the placing and open offer and the acquisition of MedLogic Global Holdings
Limited (and related intellectual property assets) by the Company, AMVESCAP PLC
and subsidiary companies on behalf of discretionary clients, no longer have a
notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Invesco English and International Trust plc now holds 6,562,159 ordinary shares
of 5p each representing 4.6 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share
capital. The holding of INVESCO Perpetual Small Companies Growth Fund is no
longer notifiable.
