The Company received notification on 8 May 2002 that, following the VCT placing,
placing and open offer, and acquisition of MedLogic Global Holdings Limited by
the Company, Advance Value Realisation Company Limited holding of 10,333,894
ordinary shares of 5p each now represents 7.27 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.


This shareholding is registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/c
AVRCL.
