The Company received notification today that following the purchases of
2,500,000 Ordinary 10p Shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 29 January
2002 and 777,652 Ordinary 10p Shares on 31 January 2002 City Equities Limited
now holds a total of 3,277,652 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.5
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
