Holding in Company



The Company received notification on 21 June 2001 that, following a purchase
of 137,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'),
Invesco English and International Trust plc is now interested in a total of
4,679,901 Ordinary Shares representing 5.02 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.  The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Limited.
