ADVANCED MEDICAL SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC ('the Company')
HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company was informed on 24 July 2000 by Advance Value
Realisation Company Limited ('AVRCL') that, AVRCL has acquired
10,333,894 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 10.81% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital. These shares are registered in the name of Nortrust
Nominees Limited a/c AVRCL.
