The Company was informed that Don Evans, Chief Executive Officer, acquired
50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on 22 December
2005. The Ordinary Shares were bought at 8.75 pence each and, following
this acquisition, he now holds a total of 642,680 Ordinary Shares, which
represents approximately 0.45 per cent, of the Company's issued share
capital.
