Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (the 'Company')

The Company was informed that Geoffrey Vernon, Non-Executive Chairman,
acquired 75,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on 14
December 2005. The Ordinary Shares were bought at 7.88 pence each and,
following this acquisition, he now holds a total of 800,000 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 0.56 per cent, of the Company's
issued share capital.
