Director Shareholding Announcement

AMS was informed yesterday of the following Director share dealings:

On 30 March 2010, Dr Geoffrey Vernon (Chairman) sold 34,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 38.55p per share. On 31 March 2010 his wife sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 37.50p per share. Following these transactions, Mr. Vernon (and his connected parties) are the beneficial owners of 926,000 shares representing 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

It is the current intention of Dr Vernon and his connected parties to repurchase a similar number of shares within a short period of time.
