Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the global medical technology
company, was informed on 2 April 2008 that on that day Julie Vernon, the wife of
Geoffrey Vernon, Chairman sold 43,000 shares at 30.5p per Ordinary Share of 5p
each ('Ordinary Shares') and that Geoffrey Vernon,  purchased 43,000 Ordinary
Shares at 31.5p.  As a consequence of this Mr Vernon's beneficial interest in
Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 960,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.67
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group.
