Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('AMS') is pleased to announce that,
following the admission of the VCT placing shares and the open offer shares onto
AIM on 30 April and 1 May respectively, the acquisition of MedLogic Global
Holdings Limited (and related intellectual property assets) ('MedLogic') has now
been completed.



Commenting on the acquisition, Don Evans, Chief Executive of AMS, said:
