CLEANSING NOTICE AND APPENDIX 2A

Adriatic Metals PLC (ASX:ADT, LON:ADT1) advises that a cleansing notice and Appendix 2A (Application for quotation of securities) has today been filed with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and is available on the Company's website:

The Company also advises that, further to the announcement dated 26 August 2020, application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 200,000 new Ordinary shares of 0.013355p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, and to trading on the main market of the London ‎Stock Exchange.

The Shares were issued by the Company on 26 August 2020 as a result of the exercise of existing share options granted by the Company under the Company's 2019 share options scheme, at an exercise price of A$1.25 per share.

Such Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares. Admission of the Shares is expected on or around 10 September 2020.
