Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

The Company today received notification in accordance with Sections 198 to 202
(3) of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 13 July 2005 Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial
holders, had decreased its notifiable interest in the Company from 9.18% to
8.90% of the 0.1p Ordinary Shares. This represents an decrease of 706,655 shares
since the last notification filed on 27th June 2005.

The notifiable interest in 23,022,284 ordinary shares of the Company is held
