Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

The Company today received notification in accordance with Sections 198 to 202
(3) of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 15 April 2005 Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial
holders, had increased its notifiable interest in the Company from 7.50% to
8.26% of the 0.1p Ordinary Shares. This represents an increase of 1,964,729
shares since the last notification filed on 4 April 2005.

The notifiable interest in 21,371,679 the ordinary shares of the Company is held
