The Company received notification on 8th February 2006, in accordance with
Section 202(3) of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 7th February 2006 Barclays
PLC had reduced its notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company
from 7.96% to 4.89% of the fully paid issued share capital. The notifiable
