This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under
paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules.

On 29 April 2008, Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was
awarded 48,677 shares in the Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan. The award
was subject to Group performance conditions from 1 January 2008 to 31 December
2010 and 100% of the award vested on 3 May 2011. 43,810 shares were sold at
£16.73 and 4,867 shares have been retained.

Kevin Chidwick now holds 55,024 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
