Transparency Rules, notification is given that on 4 March 2011 the Finance
Director, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 90 shares under the Admiral Group Approved
Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £16.782.

Kevin Chidwick now holds 50,157 ordinary shares in Admiral Group PLC.
