at 3pm today, Tuesday 28 April 2009, all of the resolutions tabled
were duly passed on a show of hands.

A copy of the resolutions approved at the Company's AGM has been
submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at:

Results of the proxy votes received will shortly be posted on the
