This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

On 15 April 2011, the following individuals were awarded shares under the Group's Discretionary Free Share Scheme:

• Kevin Chidwick (Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer);
• Geraint Jones (Deputy Chief Financial Officer), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;
• Milena Mondini (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's Italian direct insurance business, ConTe.it), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;
• Cristina Nestares (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's Spanish direct insurance business, Admiral Seguros), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;

100% of the award for Kevin Chidwick and 50% of the awards for Geraint Jones, Milena Mondini and Cristina Nestares were subject to Group Performance conditions from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2013. These performance conditions were met and 100% of the award vested on 15 April 2014.

• Kevin Chidwick was awarded 50,000 shares. 37,500 shares have been sold at an average price of £13.5015 and 12,500 have been retained. Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 98,344 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc;
• Geraint Jones was awarded 16,000 shares. 7,520 have been sold at an average price of £13.5015 and 8,480 have been retained. Geraint Jones, and his wife Karen Jones, now hold a total of 42,410 ordinary shares in Admiral Group;
• Milena Mondini was awarded 12,000 shares. 12,000 have been sold at an average price of £13.5015. Milena Mondini, and her husband, Gabriele Fattorelli, hold a total of 13,920 ordinary shares in Admiral Group;
• Cristina Nestares was awarded 25,000 shares. 18,750 have been sold at an average price of £13.5015 and 6,250 have been retained. Cristina Nestares now holds a total of 20,392 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
