In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, notification is given that the Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was today awarded 112 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £13.48.    

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 84,038 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
