The Company has been notified that on 25th November 2011, Linda James, the wife of Admiral Group Non-Executive Director, Keith James, gifted, at nil cost, 1,650 shares to each of her children: Elizabeth James and Thomas James.

Following this transaction, Keith and Linda James hold a total of 46,150 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
