Shauneen Lyons, the wife of Admiral Group Chairman, Alastair Lyons, has today
bought 10,000 Admiral Group plc shares at a price of £8.41.

Alastair Lyons and Family now hold a total 492,152 ordinary shares in Admiral
Group.
