Result of EGM

The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday 27 August 2008, all the resolutions were duly passed.  

The resolutions were:

• The initiation of the process for the voluntary liquidation of the Company

• The appointment of Yoav Kfir, CPA, of VAR Business Management Ltd. As the liquidator of the Company

• That under Section 330(3) of the Israeli Companies Ordinance (New Version) 1983 (the "Ordinance"), the Board of Directors' capacity and full powers will remain, despite the appointment of a liquidator to the Company
