                            ('DawMed' or 'Company')

                                  Share Issue

DawMed has placed 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each with City Equities
Limited at a price of 13p per share, fully paid.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue
and application is being made for these shares to be traded on AIM.

The proceeds amounting to £260,000 (gross) will be used for working capital
purposes, predominantly the marketing of the 'Clinic' bench-top washer
disinfector dryer.
