Posting of Shareholder Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics as a service company, confirms that, further to its announcements of 21 January 2021, it has today posted a circular to Shareholders setting out details of the Placing. The Circular includes a notice of General Meeting to be held virtually, in accordance with the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (as amended), at 11:00a.m, on 8 February 2021.
