The Company announces that it was informed on 12 and 13 September 2005 that
Nakterhuset AB, a company wholly owned by Peter Gyllenhammer, had acquired
4,283,333 and 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Following
such purchases, Nakterhuset AB is interested in 5,683,333 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 8.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
