ACTIF GROUP PLC ('the Company')
GRANT OF OPTIONS
The Company announces that on 24 May 2000, 450,000 options to subscribe for
ordinary shares, exercisable at 12.5p per share, were granted to certain
employees.
Of these options, 125,000 were granted to Simon Banfield, Finance Director,
who is now interested in a total of 700,000 options.
