Grant of options to Chairman

The Company announces that on 29 October 2002, David Brock, Chairman of the
Company, was granted 750,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares,
exercisable at 5.75p per share between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant.
Following this, David Brock's interest in the Company comprises 1,000,000
ordinary shares and 1,500,000 share options.
