The Company announces that on 1 November 2001, 3,390,000 options to subscribe
for ordinary shares, exercisable at 3p per share, were granted to Mark Evans,
Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mark Evans' interest in share options
of the Company totals 3,390,000 options.
