Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announces that on 11 September 2015 Robin Young, non-executive director of the Company, purchased a total of 3,700 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at an average price of £2.60 per share. This purchase of shares represents Mr Young's entire holding in the Company and therefore following the purchase he has a 0.01 per cent. interest in the capital of Actual Experience.
