Application has been made today for the admission of 200,000 new Ordinary Shares
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
These Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 200,000
options at 1p per share. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares in the Company and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares
are expected to commence on 7 May 2002.
