Issue of Equity


The company has made an application of 698,509 new shares to commence trading on
AIM from 18 December 2007. This is the result of the conversion of debt to
equity by Millstream Solution Ltd (533,333 ordinary shares), a creditor of
Cinpart, and an Issue of Equity to Lee Sharples (165,176 ordinary shares), a
former non-executive director of the Company.


Total voting rights will now be 31,947,520 shares following admission of the
above shares.
