The Company has been informed that on 8 June 2005 Prof. Richard Price purchased
500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.25p per share and 500,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.22p per share. Prof Richard Price
on 24 June also purchased 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
0.3p per share and now holds ordinary shares representing approximately 5% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
