The Company was informed today that Christopher Foster, a director of Buckland,
purchased 100,000 shares at 8p and 86,500 shares at 8.25p on 2 July 2007.
Christopher is now interested in 2,425,071 ordinary shares which represents
7.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
