 The Company was notified yesterday that Richard Spinks (Chief Executive Officer) and Joseph Valoroso (Non-Executive Director) (together, "the Directors") have purchased a total of 114,167 and 22,833 ordinary shares respectively in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
