The Directors announce that the Company has negotiated a £6,000,000 Revolving
Credit Facility (the 'Facility') with the Bank of Scotland. Under the terms of
the Facility, the Company may borrow varying amounts for varying periods of time
at prevailing interest rates. The Company has drawn down £5.5 million of the
Facility on 2 April 2007.
