RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Acorn Income Fund Limited hereby gives notification that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 30 April 2009, were considered on a poll and were duly passed:

One of the resolutions related to special business, namely:

• THAT the Company be authorised to make market acquisitions of Ordinary Shares in the Company on the terms set out in the Notice of Meeting.
