The Company has today repaid the balance of its outstanding loan from Bank of
Scotland.



As at 15 November 2006 (after the repayment of the loan) the Company's assets
(excluding debtors and prepayments and using the mid prices of investments as at
the close of business on 14 November 2006) were as follows:
