Drawdown of Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has drawn down a further £1,000,000 of the Company's loan from Bank of Scotland on 1 July 2011, increasing the amount of the outstanding loan to £6,000,000. 

The proceeds of the drawdown will be invested in the fixed interest portfolio and small company portfolio in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
