ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share (2009: 2.0 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2010.

Whilst the Company's revenue projection for the current year remains healthy the directors have considered it prudent to maintain the interim dividends at a lower level.

The Board will keep the level of future interim dividends under review.
