ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited ('the Company') have declared a first interim dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share (2008: 2.0 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2009.

Whilst the Company's revenue projection for the current year remains healthy the directors have considered it prudent to reduce the first interim dividend given the uncertainty regarding the level of dividend distributions from UK companies during 2009.

The Board will keep the level of future interim dividends under review.
