                             Potential Offer Update


On 11 October 2007, Accuma announced that it had received a number of approaches
which might or might not lead to an offer for the entire issued share capital of
the Company.

Since that date the Company has been in discussions with a number of parties and
has received a number of indicative offers. None of the offers received has, in
the view of the Directors, reflected the underlying value of the business and
accordingly, all such discussions have now terminated.

Despite challenging markets, particularly in the IVA sector, the business
maintains sufficient cash for earn out commitments and believes the current
economic climate will favour the Group's full solutions platform.
