Accuma Group Plc, a leading provider of consumer financial solutions announces
that Samantha Poole (Finance Director and Company Secretary) has decided to
resign to pursue other opportunities, and will be leaving the Group on 30 April
2007, following a handover of her responsibilities.


Her successor is Ian Peter Campbell (ACMA) aged 45, who has been appointed
Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. Ian has held a
number of senior roles including most recently Finance Director of Link
Financial Ltd, a leading debt purchase company.
