Accsys Technologies PLC ('Accsys' or 'the Company')

Accsys announces that it has now completed the compulsory acquisition process in
respect of its subsidiary company, Accsys Chemicals PLC, and therefore owns 100
per cent. of the issued share capital of that company.

A further 1,753,267 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each were issued and allotted
as consideration for the compulsory acquisition.  Application has been made for
these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are
expected to commence on 8 December 2005.
