Result of General Meeting

Accrol Group Holdings plc, the leading independent tissue converter in the UK, announces that, at its general meeting held earlier today (the "General Meeting"), all resolutions were approved. Following the approval of these resolutions, the placing to raise £8.0 million (before expenses) described in the announcement dated 15 May 2018 titled "Proposed Placing to raise £8 million" (the "Placing") remains conditional only on admission of the new ordinary shares being issued pursuant to the Placing, which is expected to occur at 8am on Friday 1 June 2018. 

The resolutions approved today include those which relate to the open offer described in the announcement dated 22 May 2018 titled "Open Offer". The result of the Open Offer is expected to be announced on 7 June 2018.
