Re Agreement

Lo-Q PLC 26 February 2007 Lo-Q Plc Contract update Lo-Q plc ('Lo-Q' or the 'Company') today announced that they have concluded an agreement to install a Lo-Q Guest Services System into the Dollywood theme park ('Dollywood'), based in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. (USA) located near the Great Smoky Mountain National park. The park, with annual attendance of, nearly 2.5 million guests is part of the Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation group, which has other leisure properties including the Silver Dollar City Theme Park in Branson, Mo. The new agreement follows last year's successful pilot program where Dollywood evaluated the suitability of a Lo-Q system in their park. The pilot program offered reservations only for shows during the park's National Gospel and Harvest Celebration and Smoky Mountain Christmas festivals. Subsequently, Lo-Q significantly extended its ride reservation software to allow the simultaneous reservation of shows and rides for the upcoming 2007 operating season. This will be the first full installation of the VQ2020 System which was extensively tested in a USA park last October. It adds reservation capability on eight rides, including Dollywood's brand new Mystery Mine roller coaster and the park's iconic Dollywood Express steam locomotive, to the existing shows and will be operational on 31 March 2006, Dollywood's opening day. Leonard Sim, Managing Director of Lo-Q commented: 'We are delighted to be associated with Dollywood. We believe that the use of the Lo-Q system will enhance their guests' experiencing allowing the Q-Bot to stand in line for the guest and providing an attractive option allowing them to plan their day. The agreement with Dollywood firmly confirms our belief that the theme park industry is more open to addressing the queuing issue and we feel confident that this system implementation will to lead to further success in the USA.'
