Lo-Q (AIM: LOQ), the AIM-listed technology solutions provider to the attractions and leisure industry, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 4 November 2012 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at Unit 2, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 2 April 2013 at 10.15am.
